SOLUTION

  • 6-axis industrial KUKA robot + linear unit + custom-made 5-axis positioner synchronized with the robot (12 synchronized axes in total)
  • double station, on one side of the station the robot is working, and the other side is being prepared (removing the finished piece and putting on a new one)
  • very simple change of product type and program at the station for the operator
  • possibility of simultaneous welding of two different types of products (different type on each side of the station)
  • good planning in this way reduces the need for relatively frequent changes of types and therefore saves time significantly, so that the time saved can be used in regular production
  • simple and quick replacement of parts
  • long service interval and very long autonomy thanks to the addition of wire feed from a large tank, automatic cleaning of the burner and checking and calibration of the TCP
  • safety system with light curtains and safety software solutions ensures a high level of safety for carefree and safe work
