SOLUTION

  • three 6-axis ABB industrial robots on synchronized linear units
  • use of a system for synchronizing robot motion with a bending machine
  • a specially designed and implemented supervision system based on the SIEMENS PLC system controls all elements of the cell, monitors potentially possible collisions and assigns jobs to robots
  • offline creation of a bending program
  • integration of a punch and press brake with a robotic cell
  • creation of routines for simply interrupting/pausing the cycle and resuming work at any time
  • the synchronized mode of operation of the robot in tandem mode enables the production of pieces up to 8m with high precision and repeatability of bent products
  • simple product change
  • installed VPN client for remote access and support
