  • enable clamping and force regulation at the welding position
  • enable precise focusing on the welding position
  • ensure blow-off, suction and shielding gas at the welding position
  • ensure the possibility of extinguishing the fire in case of ignition of the module

SOLUTION

  • integration of PFO optics with the clamping unit
  • design of special PFO focusing system
  • integration of blow-off, suction and shielding gas during welding
  • universal fixture for positioning and clamping battery modules
  • emergency module immersion system integrated into the welding table
